Hell

HellJesus came to save us from the penalty of our sins which is a life loaded with curses and eternity in hell.

What is hell? Is it real?
Hell, according to the bible, is a place where
–    Fire will burn and will never be quenched (Mark 9:43)
–    A place of torment (Luke 16:23)
–    A furnace of fire for the wicked – at the end of the world – where there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 13: 49–50)
–    A lake of fire burning with brimstone for the beast (the devil – Revelations 12:9), false prophets and those with the mark of the beast (those who missed the rapture)

Revelations 20:15 says whosoever was not found in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Is your name in the book of life? Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Now, Revelations 20:10 says those who are cast into the lake of fire will be tormented forever.

How can anyone be sure this is true?
God says in Isaiah 42:9, “Behold, the former things are come to pass and new things do I declare. Before they spring forth, I will tell you of them.”

Uhmm… All the prophecies of the Old Testament have been fulfilled in the New Testament. Ask those who really know God and love Him. We always get the results He promised when we do whatever He tells us to do in His word. This will show you that God means everything He says in His word. If every word of God I have ever stood upon came to pass for me and for many others that I know, I tell you, take the revelations of the end time exactly as God says it’s going to be.

You don’t have to go to hell. You are offered the chance to spend eternity with God. You don’t have to wait for a more appropriate time, this is your day, your time is this very second.

God is a good God and will not send anyone to hell. Hell was prepared for the devil and the angels that fell with him (Matthew 25:41). If you will not accept the death of Jesus on the cross, your sins will separate you from God for eternity. Then it’s not God sending you to hell, it’s a choice you made. Trust me…you don’t want to go there.

If you have ever seen people go through terrible situations and others say, “He/she has been through hell”, that is nothing compared to the horror of hell. Likewise, when someone’s life is beautiful and enviable or they have an out-of-this-world wonderful experience, people refer to it as heaven-on-earth! Also, that is nothing compared to the glory, the joy, and life that awaits us in heaven. Eternity means time without end, and I  want you to spend it in heaven, not the other side.
